It has been deemed "hip friendly" by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute. There are three positions that the flexible head and neck support can be used in, using snaps for an easy adjustment. This carrier easily adjusts as your baby grows, you can change their leg position and the seat area. Also, the overall length of the carrier can be changed by wearing the belt around your waist, and then wearing it on your hips to help distribute the weight and height of your growing baby.
