Shipping Policy

Shipping to the greater Boston area, New England, and New York City:

Transit time to the Greater Boston area, Connecticut, New York City, and New England is one business day when you choose standard shipping. Orders generally process within two business days*.
*Business EOD is 3pm.


Items ordered to be shipped to our store locations arrive within 2-6 business days. You will receive a call when your order is ready to be picked up in store.


Large & Oversize items:

Many furniture products require an oversize shipping fee. Oversized shipping charges vary based on the item(s) and will be reflected in the cart. For some brands, this fee includes White Glove delivery into your home, and for others it only includes curbside delivery. Please call customer service at 617-264-2326 or email with any questions.


Special Orders:

Special order items have varying lead times based on many factors. Magic Beans is not responsible for manufacturer delays, but we will contact you if a delay occurs with your order. Please note: all special order items are final sale.


International Orders:

Unfortunately, we are only capable of fulfilling orders shipped within the United States.


APO/FPO & P.O. Boxes:

At this time, we cannot ship to APO/FPO and P.O. boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Alaska, Hawaii:

Customers may be contacted after an order is placed to inform them of potential changes in shipping charges. There is no flat rate for these orders, and please be aware that the customer is always responsible for any additional customs or duties fees incurred on international orders.


Please Note:

We reserve the right to limit quantities available for sale or sold, and that at any time to correct, cancel, reject or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or charged to your credit card. Credit cards are never charged for cancelled orders.


Orders are shipped out via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground depending on whether it ships from our warehouse in Boston, MA or directly from the manufacturer.
