Wow is back!

When we first opened Magic Beans, one of my favorite toy brands for infants and toddlers was Wow. We had a bunch of samples in our play area, and not only did the kids adore them, but they also stood up very well to the daily abuse. I had a collection of them at home, as well, and to this day, my girls both love the Johnny Jungle Plane.

Then, Wow’s US distribution fell apart, and it’s been more than a year since we’ve been able to keep it in stock. But now, Ravensburger has taken over their distribution, and I’m so glad that Wow is back! Wow is based in the UK, and they make very high quality plastic toys that don’t require any batteries. There are plenty of interesting moving pieces, but they use friction motors, magnets and other mechanical features to make them engaging and fun. The end result is a collection of toys that clicks, whirrs, zooms and captivates.
