We’re goin’ to Kentucky

I’m in Louisville, KY for the first ever ABC Spring Educational Conference (and mini trade show). We spent our evening on a riverboat cruise, catching up with old friends in the industry, and meeting some new ones. Many of our favorite vendors are here, and while it sounds like there may not be too much new or earth-shattering, there are a few things I’m looking forward to seeing tomorrow. Here’s a little grist from the rumor mill, as a preview:

Baby Jogger supposedly has a new Micro stroller – even smaller and more compact than the mini.

Britax has a new infant car seat and stroller that will be available this summer.

Regal-Lager, erstwhile distributors of Phil&Teds, has a new line that’s generating some buzz. Unconfirmed rumors are that they will be bringing in the Cybex line of strollers and car seats. I toured their booth when I was in Cologne in 2006, and I remember being very impressed with their car seat technology. The strollers on their website look a lot like Maclarens.
