Scoot like a Scandinavian

This is one set of wheels that is sure to turn heads. The new Svan Scooter is a pretty unique new product from those Swedish masterminds who developed the Svan High Chair. Sculpted from a single piece of bent birch wood, the Svan Scooter is sort of like a Bilibo on wheels. The indistinguishable form opens the door for all kinds of imaginative assignments. In other words, kids won’t ask what it is – they’ll just make it up as they go along.The scooter is recommended for children from 12-36 months, and is for indoor use only. The wheels are reminscent of office-chair casters, and will probably fare better on hard wood than on carpeting. It also comes with a storage bag, though I still haven’t figured out why. The best news is, it comes fully assembled, which (I’m told) Santa finds very helpful.
