Happy Mother’s Day

I hope all the moms out there had a good day. I did. My kids were so excited and very cute, shouting “happy mother’s day” in the manner of effusive New Years Eve revelers. I got to sleep late, I had a protein smoothie brought to me in bed, and I even got that pedicure I’d been dreaming of.

In fact, rather than leave such things to chance, I had dropped a couple of blatant hints in our most recent  BeansTALK, the e-newsletter I write for Magic Beans. Fortunately, my husband was on the ball, to the relief of both my father and father-in-law, who each, having received the BeansTALK, called to be sure that he’d made good. Thanks, guys.
