The Thule Sleek Stroller Sibling Seat 2021 | 2022 and both Thule Sleek car seat adapters are compatible.

This package comes with two sets of adapters. One set fixes onto the front of the stroller frame (above the smaller wheels); the second set slides into the existing seat brackets (above the bigger/rear wheels) and leaves extra leg room space between the two seats.
