The core of the Colgate EverTrue Serene Twin Mattress is made of two layers of their trademark SecureCore Technology. This eco-friendlier foam is derived from plant based oils and improves air circulation around even the tiniest of sleepers!

On the infant side, the Colgate EverTrue Serene Twin Mattress has a firmer layer of SecureCore Technology that creates the safest sleep surface for your little one. One the toddler side, a softer but supportive layer of SecureCore Technology is waiting to ease growing bones and joints. Each Colgate EverTrue Serene Twin Mattress is wrapped in a naturally flame retardant layer and a waterproof, tear resistant, nylon cover.
