RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Returns can be made in person at either of our store locations or by mailing them back to our warehouse as long as they meet our guidelines seen below. For an easy return label, please head here to initiate your return. Please note, a receipt is required for a return both in store and online.

Magic Beans will accept returns for items that have never been used and are in their original packaging or box, in perfect condition, and are resellable as is. To ensure eligibility for a return, please make sure that the item is unused and the packaging or box is undamaged. Specifics regarding our return guidelines are as follows:

1. The item must be in brand new condition, free from any signs of wear or use.
2. The item must be in the original packaging or box which must be undamaged and in its original condition.
3. All accessories, manuals, and any included promotional items must be returned along with the product.
4. The return must be initiated within 60 days from the date of purchase.
5. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
6. Returns will be processed in the original form of payment or a store credit.

How do I make a return?

Head to our return portal to intiate a refund! Please create seperate returns for each box you will be shipping back, even if they are in the same order. If you have any questions regarding our Loop return portal, please reach out to our team at customerservice@mbeans.com

i am sending back more than one box from the same order. How do i intiate a return?

Please intiate a return authorization for each seperate box you will be shipping back, even if in the same order. This will give you seperate return labels per item.

When can I expect my refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds or store credits to be processed. We try to get these taken care of as quickly as possible with our small team.

I need to return a gift. Will the gift giver be alerted?

Our return portal makes it easy to return a gift without alerting the gift giver! Just be sure to select that you are returning or exchanging a gift! Your email address will be added for the store credit or instant exchange order!

How long am i able return my items to get a refund or store credit?

Items may be returned for a refund within 60 days of receipt as long as it is unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.

They may be returned for a store credit or exchange within 180 days of receipt as long as it is unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Will i receive a full refund for my order?

Shipping fees and package protection are non-refundable. Package protection may be cancelled before your order ships out.

If the item shows signs of use or packaging has been damaged or has excessive markings/tape other than clear packing tape, the item is subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. The refund may be refused if the condition of the product does not meet our return guidelines.

Do you take back used items (including car seats and strollers)?

Magic Beans does not take back used items, or items outside of the original packaging.

how can i cancel an order i placed?

You are able to cancel an order that has not shipped yet at no cost by emailing customerservice@mbeans.com.

Please note that items that are shipped from the manufacturer might not be able to be cancelled per the manufacturer's policies. This includes rare instances when the manufacturer has shipped a product and has not yet passed tracking along to Magic Beans or the customer. If you are no longer interested in a product that is shipping from the manufacturer, please reach out to our customer service team and we can request a cancellation. We are not able to guarantee it has been cancelled until the manufacturer has confirmed.

What happens if my order is not deliverable or refused?

Any refused or undeliverable package(s) returned to our warehouse will be subject to a fee no greater than 10% of the total purchase price to cover the refusal and shipping fees incurred by Magic Beans. If you would prefer Magic Beans to re-ship the item back out to the correct address, you are responsible for the shipping fee.

What happens if i cancel or return an item i received a bundle or promotional discount on?

If a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.

For example, if you buy a stroller that includes a free car seat adapter, the total value of the car seat adapter will be deducted from the refund if the car seat adapter is not returned with the stroller.

If a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund.

For example, if you receive $100 in savings when you purchase a stroller and car seat together and you return either item, the $100 bundle savings will be subtracted from your refund
