Often compared side-by-side, the choice between the UPPAbaby Vista 2017 and Bugaboo Donkey 2017 lies in your family’s lifestyle. These stylish and elegant single-to-double strollers are two of Magic Beans’ most popular! Though seemingly larger, the Bugaboo Donkey is actually more narrow than the UPPAbaby Vista in their single stroller positions. This is made possible by the wheel’s positioning, which is set inside the stroller as opposed to the Vista’s wheels which are the outer most part of the stroller.

The most defining feature of both strollers is how they’re converted. The UPPAbaby Vista is front to back, while the Bugaboo Donkey is side to side. The Vista’s width stays the same when converted, while the Bugaboo grows 5.5 inches. If you’re pushing through close quarters in a typical day, the Vista might be more convenient. But fear not, the Donkey easily fits through a home’s standard interior door! The side by side configuration of the Donkey often feels very stable and easy to maneuver to adults pushing it.

A big component to remember is the age of your children. The Bugaboo Donkey is more fit for twins, while two children of different ages can benefit from the UPPAbaby Vista. When riding as a double, a bassinet has to be placed furthest away in the bottom position unless the child is less than 35 pounds.
