Bugaboo has recently done something just for the US market - they made a travel system. Partnering with Nuna (another brand in the Netherlands), they created the Bugaboo Turtle- a beautiful car seat that has all the features of the Nuna Pipa (the canopy! the load leg!) but all the benefits of a Bugaboo product (that beautiful clean fabric! white buttons = a function!). The best part - this car seat snaps onto their Lynxwith no added car seat adapters. A real, true travel system.
The Bugaboo Fox wheeled its way into our hearts just two short years ago. It filled the need between the Cameleon and the gone too soon Buffalo. It’s a lightweight (~24lbs), all terrain stroller, without the need to switch the handlebar like you do on the Cameleon to put it in “all terrain mode” - the large wheels and robust suspension means it’s always in that mode. The Fox also has the sleep safe bassinet, so you can use your bassinet in your home for overnight sleep. This stroller was an immediate hit - there were waitlists everywhere trying to secure one.
Like everyone looking for a double stroller, or just... everyone in general, we at Magic Beans have our opinions. And some people’s opinions are stronger than others when it comes to tandem vs side-by-side. I’m team side-by-side and that’s one of the reasons why the Bugaboo Donkey3 is not only my favorite double stroller, it might be my favorite stroller period.
