Squid Soap for cleaner hands

One of my favorite finds on Day 3 of Toy Fair was Squid Soap. It’s not really a toy, but it’s fun and clever all the same. Basically, it’s a pump of liquid handsoap with a little ink pad on top of the pump dispenser. So when a child presses down, it transfers a small dot of red ink onto the child’s hand. The mark will disappear with 15-20 seconds of good washing, which helps kids learn good washing habits. It’s a simple idea, but well designed and very cute, too. They’re developing an organic version that will be available later this year, but we’ll have the original version available soon.
