Orbit Update: Toddler Stroller Available
The Orbit Pannier Bags are in stock and available. Read all about them here.
More importantly, Orbit has decided to bundle the stroller seat and the Orbit frame to make the Orbit Toddler Stroller. This is a great way to get into the Orbit system if you missed out when your baby was a newborn, particularly if you plan to have more children down the road.
I’ve already posted an extensive Road Test review of my Orbit Infant System, but I will reiterate how pleased I’ve been with it. I think the stroller frame is very well designed. The fold is a showstopper and the hybrid-style wheel configuration offers a nice ride – and it’s not bad in the snow. The wheelbase is a little long and a little wide, but you get used to it quickly. The great benefit to investing in the Orbit is the flexibility and longevity. Use it as a toddler stroller, use it with the Orbit Toddler Car Seat, then use it with a newborn all over again. The only hitch is that they don’t currently sell the Infant Car Seat as a standalone product, but I can only guess that they’re working on that.
