Magic Beans takes Manhattan! Our Fun Size pop-up shop is coming to Kidville on the Upper East Side!

While families all over the US (and all over the world) have been enjoying the delights of shopping at Magic Beans online for quite some time now, there’s nothing quite like checking out a product in person before you buy. And we like meeting the people we sell to (and the happy kids who play with our toys and ride in our strollers).

So we’re incredibly proud and excited to announce a partnership that’s going to let us get to know even more families this holiday season: we’re opening a holiday pop-up shop at Kidville in the heart of Manhattan! At the new Magic Beans – Fun Size location at the Kidville on the Upper East Side (163 East 84^th Street), you can choose from a carefully culled selection of the very best of the best toys for ages 0-5, and we’ll wrap ‘em for free. We make toy shopping fun and easy with friendly, knowledgeable customer service – our staff members are toy experts who will recommend gifts that are sure to be a hit this holiday!

Best of all, our new location is somewhere you’re probably going already: Kidville is the number one spot for city kids to blow off some steam in a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment. Maybe you’re already familiar with their popular birthday parties, their awesome Playspace, and their huge variety of art, music, and gym classes. So you can drop the kiddos at a class and zip through your holiday shopping with us while you wait.

Finally, it’s a place where we already have roots: Magic Beans co-owners Eli and Sheri Gurock grew up in New York City, and went to school on the Upper East Side. So in many ways, this is a happy homecoming!

The Fun Size Magic Beans shop on the Upper East Side is open now, and it’s actually our second Fun Size shop – we’ve already got another location operating in Westport, CT, in the Kidville at 1572 Post Road (a stone’s throw from our Fairfield store). These mini shops let you sample some of the homegrown flavor of Magic Beans in person without going out of your way one bit, adding even more convenience to our winning formula. Because kids won’t go out of their way to make your life easier, but we always will!
