Jane Powertwins are here!

The long-awaited Jane Powertwins have finally arrived in our warehouse. We’ve already presold many of them, but if you are interested in checking it out, stop by the store. I had a chance to play with one, and I liked it a lot. On our official warehouse scale, the stroller surprised us. According to everything we’d read, it was supposed to weigh almost 40 lbs. On our scale it was only 32 lbs. So either our scale needs some servicing or the US version of the stroller has gone on a diet.

The stroller pushes nicely. It is longer than a single stroller, so that sharp turns and tight corners are somewhat challenging. But out on the street, it’s responsive and nimble, especially when you consider that it boasts two full-size seats, both of which offer varying degrees of recline. It does not take a car seat right now, though I’m told that Jane USA is working on creating an infant car seat that will be compatible with the Powertwin. The fold is easy, and it’s very compact. Overall, this will be a great option for parents of two who don’t require an infant car seat.
