Fleet of Foot?

If you live in the area, don’t miss Brookline’s annual Flag Day 5k road race this coming Sunday morning (June 17). Magic Beans is a race sponsor and in fact, my nutty husband has issued the following challenge: any Team Beans runner who beats his time will receive $5 in store credit for every 30 seconds they finish ahead of him.

To join Team Beans, look for our registration table on Sunday morning from 9-10 at Brookline High School. For $10, you’ll be entered in Eli’s challenge, you’ll get a great Team Beans t-shirt, and you’ll also be eligible for some other prizes. There’s a kids’ race, too.

Or, if you’re not going to run, consider coming and standing outside of Magic Beans and cheering us on. It should be a fun day.
