Fit for a queen

Check out this cute story – the family lives right near my parents.

Basically, this family of Belgian descent had their seventh consecutive daughter last month, qualifying their new baby for an obscure 140-year-old Belgian tradition that had her become the goddaughter of the queen. The royal family will pay for the child’s education and she will have twice yearly access to the palace. Not too shabby.
